Stop or Start Receiving Orders
DovePlus allows shop managers and administrators to stop or start receiving orders over the Dove Network at any time by sending a message to Teleflora headquarters. This allows you to stop or start receiving orders immediately or schedule specific stop
and start times for your shop(s).
It is imperative that you issue a Stop message if you are closing your shop(s) for a significant length of time. You are required to provide a future Start date with every Stop message.
While a stop is in place, you will continue to receive your eFlorist orders as well as orders that have a delivery date outside of the stopped period.
To schedule a Stop and Start - DovePlus
Ø Ensure that your browser is set to allow pop-ups.
1. Click My Shop from the Dove Plus navigation bar.
2. Click Stop/Start Receiving Orders. The Stop/Start Receiving Order page will display.
· A list of shop locations associated with your Teleflora account will be displayed, with the Main location selected by default.
3. Select the shop you would like to schedule by clicking the Shop Name in the displayed list.
· This will expand the shop’s Stop / Start status, with options to Edit or Remove existing schedules.
4. Click Add New Stop. The prompt displays with Stop and Start fields and the Operator field.
5. Click the Stop date field to open the calendar and select the appropriate date.
Select the appropriate stop time by adjusting the Hour and Minute sliders.
6. Click the Start date field to open the calendar and select the appropriate date.
Select the appropriate stop time by adjusting the Hour and Minute sliders.
· The Apply to all shops option can be checked to apply the selected schedule to all locations.
7. Click the Send button.
· At this point, DovePlus validates Stop/Start times before adding the Stop/Start in the List and Calendar.
The Stop will take effect at the time and date that you designated.
If the Stop takes effect immediately, the message, “Your Dove System is currently stopped” will display in the scrolling bar at the top of the screen.
To Stop Receiving Orders Immediately
1. Click My Shop from the DovePlus navigation bar.
2. Click Stop/Start Receiving Orders. The Stop/Start Receiving Orders page will display.
3. Click the Stop All button. A popup will display with the message, "Are you certain you wish to
Stop All shops immediately? If so, a future Start is required."
4. Enter a Start date/time by clicking on the Start Date field and selecting a date from the
calendar and choose a time by using the sliders to choose an hour and a minute, then click
Done.
5. Select Yes to confirm the Stop All Shops request.
· If the Stop/Start overlaps with any active Stop/Start(s) an error will display explaining the issue and allow you to delete the existing Stop/Start event by clicking the Remove button.
· If the Stop/Start overlaps a designated holiday period, a message will display reminding you of your ability to close specific zip codes instead of stopping your shops from receiving any orders. Choosing “Discard Stop & Visit MyTeleflora” button
will close the message and open MyTeleflora.com so that you can adjust your open zip delivery areas.
· If you do not enter a future Start and select "Yes" anyway, an error will occur. The error will read "You must enter a Start Date." with an OK button. Clicking OK will return you to the Stop All Shops popup and allow you to enter a Start Date
and Time.
· Entering a Start prior to the current date/time will cause an error message to appear. The error will read “Start DateTime must be greater than current DateTime.”. Clicking OK will return you to the Stop All Shops popup and allow you to enter
an updated Start Date and Time.
· Selecting “No” will close the popup box without sending the Stop message.
4. The message, “Your Dove System is currently stopped” will display in the scrolling bar at the top
of the screen.
To Start Receiving Orders Immediately
1. Click My Shop from the DovePlus navigation bar.
2. Click Stop/Start Receiving Orders. The Stop/Start Receiving Orders page will display.
3. Click the Start All button. A popup will display with the message, "Are you certain you wish to
Start All shops immediately?"
5. Select Yes to confirm Start All request. The popup box will close and the Start message will be
sent to Teleflora.
· Selecting “No” will close the popup box without sending the Start message.
During a Stop Period
· You will still be able to send orders and messages.
· You will also receive such transactions as refusals and inquiries that are associated with previously sent or received orders.
· You will not receive any new incoming orders that fall within your Stop period.
· You will receive any new incoming orders that fall after your effective Start date.
Accessing MyTelefora Stop Start Receiving Orders Page
In instances when you are unable to access your Teleflora DovePlus system, the MyTeleflora Member’s Services page also provides quick access to the Stop Start Receiving Orders page.
1. Access the MyTeleflora Member’s Service site at www.MyTeleflora.com.
2. Select Login at the top of the page.
3. Login using your MyTeleflora username and password.
4. After logging, select Technology from the navigation menu on the left-side of the page.
5. From My Shop Services category, click the option for Stop Start Receiving Orders.
