Printed Directory Opt-Out Form
This option is only available for shops in the US at this time. The Dove/Directory Update Fee will still apply to all shops, even when you have opted out of recieving the printed directory. Electronic Directory/Dove updates will still be sent to your shop via automatic updates, in addition to the printed Teleflora Resource Guide.
