Susan Ayala AIFD, PFCI is a nationally recognized floral designer and commentator who has been involved in the floral industry for over 30 years. She has designed for and managed a family-owned business and now she is a freelance designer.

Susan has traveled across the United States and Canada presenting educational design programs for many state and regional organizations, including International Design Forums in Canada and England.

Internationally, she has traveled to Taiwan, Japan and Korea to teach floral design. For years, Susan supervised the floral design team for float builder, Fiesta Parade Floats, a consistent award winner in Pasadena’s world famous Rose Parade.

Susan is a past president of the American Institute of Floral Designers and a past president of the Southern California-Nevada Unit of Teleflora. She is a member of Teleflora’s prestigious team of Education Specialists.
